It's always a game of uncertainty when I buy any clothing for my daughter, as she's incredibly picky about not only comfort but now how it looks. She's 10, so I guess that's happening now. This skirt ended up being a win so I'm very happy! I followed the size chart and bought her a size Medium. As mentioned, she's 10 but a slender 10. It fits her very well but with a little extra room. So I'm hopeful it will get her through this tennis season and next. The undershorts are very stretchy and provide good coverage. The ball pockets are usable, so always a plus to have those. She loves that it's not too long. I love that it's not too short. So overall we're both happy with the appearance. The white color is not at all see through- especially since they've got the built in shorts. She wears these both for tennis and for casual wear- she says it's a very comfortable skirt, despite there being some synthetic fabric. All in all, I'm quite happy with this. While I do think the price may be a tad high for a youth size, when you find something that works in every way, the price becomes worth it!

I bought this for my 13 year old. It comes to her fingertips so they are school appropriate. She loves wearing it. It makes it super easy that the shorts are attached and she doesn't have to find shorts to go underneath. We live in the south so it stays warm, she will get a lot of use out of this!
