Very impressed with this umbrella. Very large compared to regular umbrella which is a plus for me. Money well spent and functions well when opening and closing. Comes with a case and it has a strap also. Very durable umbrella.

Love the umbrella. My brother uses it as it covers him while sitting in his wheelchair. Love how it opens using only one hand and folds down to hang on the handles of the chair for convenient accessibility.

Whoever thought one would be writing a review of the BEST umbrella they have ever purchased? Well, this one does it all--from protecting me from the sun at soccer games in the summer/fall, to surviving torrential downpours and high winds in the fall, this umbrella does it all. I love that it is not large to carry and has a carry bag with a strap to flip on my shoulder. The best part--this umbrella expands to a FULL SIZE GOLF UMBRELLA. This is a win, win..and the WIND does not bother it! Winner, winner chicken dinner! If you are outdoors a good deal of the time, this is the lightweight, easy to transport, do-it-all umbrella. I am purchasing a spare because I don't want to be without it! P.S. Amazon's price is lower than others : )

Wow, this collapsible golf umbrella is fantastic and I have used it multiple times.I recently went to Japan and needed this umbrella as the weather was mostly overcast and rainy the two weeks I was there. Large umbrellas are highly desirable but they take up so much room. This umbrella does not. I was easily able to pack it in my luggage, and then use it with little effort. When I was not using it carrying it was not a problem since it collapses. Also, unlike other umbrellas, I noticed that when you shake it off after usage it gets completely dry, immediately, as if it hadn't been used. Wow! I will likely get another for my wife to keep in her car.

As described. I needed a large, durable umbrella. This is the best one I have ever used. Sturdy, quick release, lasting mechanics, and heavy duty.

Made of good quality material and very sturdy, much better than the previous one I ordered and sent back because the quality of the material was terrible. This is a definite recommend and a bang for your buck.

I'm disappointment is that it isn't totally windproof like you say it is, mine turned up on the edges when I was walking in the rain and wind. The colors are bright and colorful. It's an automatic open. You have to push it closed with your hands. The 62" would definitely fit two people under it.

I hate buying umbrellas. They always feel flimsy, are too small, or are too large when collapsed to carry well. This is the first umbrella I've been excited to use. The metal arms to hold the canopy open are obviously better quality to the naked eye. The canopy fabric feels thicker and is secured to multiple locations on the metal arms which should help reduce the wear and tear on the pockets at the end of the canopy where the arms insert. When collapsed, it's small enough to store in the car easily or even in the side pocket of a backpack (like I do). When opened, it's sufficiently large to cover my broad shoulders, backpack, and legs as I walk (despite having the long stride of someone who is over 6 feet tall). This is by far the best umbrella I've ever had and am looking forward to seeing how long it lasts.

my umbrella has not been rain and wind tested yet, but I am very pleased with the overall quality and the ease of opening and closing this umbrella. It is fairly light weight but seems to be sturdy. I chose the dark green color and it really is a very nice rich color. If this is the type and style of umbrella you’re looking for I would recommend it. I hope it passes the test of time.

Although I did purchase this item, I'm writing the review for one that I never received. That is, I ordered a red, a blue, and a green, but got two greens instead of the blue.That quibble aside, they're nice umbrellas. I've had the opportunity to use them in moderate rain and they did their job. I've only encountered a few moderate gusts of wind so I can't say how well the vent will function with the driving storms that have played havoc with other umbrellas. They certainly can't do any worse.Even though they're somewhat longer than a standard compact when closed, they're still much shorter that the full-size types. This means I'm much more likely to have an umbrella with me when I need it. And the larger diameter means I stay significantly drier. Those compacts are just too inadequate. It doesn't help to have an umbrella if it doesn't provide decent coverage. With my compact, I often got a bit wet even up to my waist. The G4 kept my legs reasonably dry.They could have shaved an inch or two off the length by making the handle the same size as a compact. The full-size handle isn't really necessary, though it does have a comfortable feel so I'm not complaining; just mentioning it.The only real complaint I have isn't about the umbrella itself but the slip-cover. It takes a bit of work to slide the cover over the umbrella. Once it's on, it does keep the package nice and slim, which is obviously why they chose to do it this way. Even so, I'd rather have the covered umbrella be a little thicker because you're not going to have a thinner package if it's too much of a pain to put the cover on.In the end, it has more advantages and fewer shortcomings than any other umbrella I've had. My full-size umbrella and my two compacts are all going to Goodwill.

Functions as described

I liked everything about this umbrella until the wind blew it off my golf cart and it hit the ground. It was portable, had a large canopy and it was easy to open and also had a sturdy feel to it. While playing golf in light rain, a wind gust lifted it off my golf cart. When the umbrella hit the ground one of the spines snapped at the plastic hinge and the damage was unrepairable.I now need to look for a replacement.

The umbrellas’s dimensions were as described. It is big enough to comfortably fit two people. It was easy to operate and handle. Unfortunately it does not withstand high winds as stated in the description. It immediately became damaged & inoperable after my first use. So disappointed & a waste of money

The umbrella is perfect, just the kind of umbrella I was looking for. But, the delivery was crappy, it could be because the Landlady decided to fix the stairs or the delivery person was too lazy to check if anybody was there in the 1st Floor.

Great compact umbrella. I've already used it during heavy rainfall and windy rainfall days. If they had larger umbrellas, I would have bought it.
