Refund policy

G4free will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item is shipped.
  • The product is unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide proof of purchase and photos of the item for verification.

A. If the Issue Is Caused by Us (e.g., Wrong or Defective Item):

  • Return Shipping Cost: Covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping fees.
  • Replacement Shipping Cost: Covered by us.
  • Customs Duties/Taxes: If applicable, these will also be reimbursed.

B. If the Customer Changes Their Mind (e.g., Unwanted Item, Wrong Size Ordered):

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
  • Replacement Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for shipping fees for the new item.
  • Customs Duties/Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return or exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Products purchased during final sales or marked as non-refundable.
  • Returns or refund requests made after the stated return window.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
