I needed something to protect my fresh tattoo sleeve while I was in the Caribbean for a couple of weeks. This provided excellent shade, and was easy to pop back into shape if the wind caught the edge enough to flip it.

It only rained a couple of times on me and it did well, shedding the water and drying quickly afterwards.

Broke easily in light wind gust. Ha to throw it away. Otherwise protects well from sun. Automatic open/close feature worked well. Very sleek and lightweight.

A very good travel umbrella! It's a lightweight umbrella (As described), and definitely blocks both sun and rain. Since its lightweight, its not going to be nearly as sturdy in the wind and rain, so I would NOT use it in strong conditions. A larger, chunkier umbrella will be needed in torrential rain or wind. That being said, under "normal circumstances" (sunny days with low/no wind, or light-medium rain with no wind), this umbrella gets the job done while taking up very little space in a bag. It's so small, i can fit this comfortably in my sling bag when I think the weather is going to turn that day. I use it regularly, and as long as you treat it delicately in the elements, it should last a while.

I bought this umbrella for my son when he went off to college. It fits nicely in his backpack and comes in handy when it rains and he has to walk across campus. It is a good quality. The black color is great for guys. It can withstand a little bit wind. Closes easily. He’s happy to have it.

Easy to fit in jacket's pocket or car's door

I don't usually carry and umbrella however, on a recent trip to Japan, this worked very well. It was small, packed well, and was very light.

Needs to be bigger. But has durability lightweight.

It’s a nice little umbrella. Easy to open and close. Not very large but works if it’s not pouring.
