Fleece-lined pants praised for warmth without bulk. Customers said they're "incredibly comfortable" with soft, stretchy fabric and functional deep pockets. Height-specific sizing helps petites find proper fit. Wide-leg cut transitions from casual to dressy. Some noted sizing challenges with waist fit and 7/8 length not ideal for taller customers.

  • I LOVE this fabric. It's got that weight that offers protection from winter cold, but it's stretchy
  • They're super soft on the inside and the perfect length. The best part are the pockets.
  • The pants themselves are lightweight, comfy, and WARM!!! Love that they are high waisted.

Very classy, perfect ankle length, dressy fabric

These slacks are the perfect ankle length if ordered based on your height, which is hard to achieve when you are petite. The material has a soft, brushed, warm interior and a polished exterior that lends a dressy look. The material is thick enough to keep you warm. The cut is spot on to flatter your shape. It's slash pockets are functional and the rear pocket is not. I especially like the pull on style, faux fly and give that the pants have. They are very comfortable and fun true to size. These pants are the quality you can wear to work and dressy casual events. At just under $40, they are a good investment.

These are going to be my favorite winter pants!

I LOVE this fabric. It's got that weight that offers protection from winter cold, but it's still stretchy and comfortable. It reminds me of those high quality, flexible, water-resistant ski pants, but in a more polished format. The waistband is stretchy and I really like the width on it. The pockets are nice and deep in the front, and there are cute faux pockets on the back, giving it some classic styling. The interior of the fabric has that suede feel that is so nice against the skin. I am short, but knowing these are ankle pants, I ordered them in Tall, giving me a 29" inseam. Perfect! What I am most thrilled about, though, is the versatility of these pants. They truly can go from being casual to business casual, to even a bit dressy, with right counterparts. The drape of the fabric adds to a more refined appearance. I love the Dark Gray I have, but I think I'm going to need the Dark Navy as well. G4Free wide leg pants are already my year-round staple pants for ultimate comfort, great fabric, and easy laundering. These heavier duty winter pants are getting me excited for colder temps!

Super soft, comfy, and has pockets!

Love these pants! They're super soft on the inside and the perfect length. While they are fleece lined, they're not too warm, so they're actually great for mild weather as well. They've so far held up to washing and the stitching has been tight and even, and the lining still soft. The best part are the pockets. They're actually deep enough to be useful! My only complaint is the fake back pockets, but I'm just happy to have pockets.

Finally, Warm Work (or Workout) Pants That Actually Fit Short Women

These have quickly become one of my favorite pairs of pants. They’re incredibly comfortable and so easy to throw on, but they still look polished enough for work or running errands. The fleece lining adds just the right amount of warmth without making them bulky, which is perfect for Phoenix winters when it’s cool in the morning but not freezing. My favorite feature is the height-specific sizing. I’m 5’3” and ordered the 7/8 length for 5’2”–5’4.5”, and the length is spot on. As a shorter woman, it’s such a nice change to buy pants that don’t need to be hemmed. I wish more brands offered this option! The wide-leg cut is flattering, the waistband is comfortable enough to wear all day, and the side pockets are actually useful. They have that perfect balance of feeling like lounge pants while looking much more put together. If you’re petite or just tired of pants that drag on the ground, these are absolutely worth trying. I’ll definitely be picking up another color.

Comfortable Fabric, But Not the Most Flattering Fit On My Body

I ordered the 5’7”-5’9.5” size medium based on the size chart. I’m 5’6”, 145 lbs, and typically wear a size 8, but I probably should have ordered a large for a more flattering fit.The fabric is very comfortable, soft, and has a nice stretch. I also like the fleece lining, which makes these great for cooler weather. The style is practical and the pockets are a nice feature. My issue is with the fit through the waist and stomach area. The cut isn’t very flattering on my “mom pooch” and feels a little too fitted in that area. Sizing up may have helped create a more relaxed, smoother silhouette. These may work better for someone with a straighter figure or if you prefer a more fitted look.

Fleece, ankle length pants

I wish I could give these pants more stars!!! I’m 5’8”, 165 lbs, and ordered the L, they’re a perfect fit in my waist, and definitely ankle length. The pants themselves are lightweight, comfy, and WARM!!! Love that they are high waisted. There’s plenty of room for mobility (think taking care of kids or bending down at the grocery store) without squeezing my thighs. The material is soft and versatile, making the pants perfect for chilling at home or going somewhere casual. Overall I highly recommend these pants and would buy them again!

Super warm and thick, but fit is a bit tricky

I recently got these G4Free Fleece Lined Wide Leg Trousers and the quality is genuinely impressive.Pros:Great for cold weather: The material is thick, high-quality, and feels like it will be incredibly warm when the temperature drops.Design: The pockets are a great touch, and the fleece lining is very soft.Cons:Sizing/Fit: Unfortunately, they just aren’t particularly flattering on my body shape. I considered sizing down to a small to see if that would fix the silhouette, but I’m hesitant because I think the waist would end up being too tight.Overall, they are excellent, well-made pants for winter, but the fit might require a bit of trial and error depending on your shape!

Soft, Comfortable, Fits Petites!

This G4Free EverGoing pants are exactly as described. On my 5'2" frame the length is just above the ankle. I usually take a medium and the fit is great. It is so hard to find pants for petites! I am so happy that this company is producing products to fill that niche. With 42% of women being under 5'4" in the U.S., it is ridiculous that more clothing companies do not follow that need. A big Thank you to the G4Free people. The material is very soft on the skin and feels luxurious. There is plenty of stretch but the weight of the fabric is so good that I doubt there will be any baggy knees at the end of the day. They say it good for 40-60 F degree temperatures, but I would not hesitate to wear in temperatures below that. They feel like they would block wind and keep you comfortably warm. I found the cut and production to be quality. I saw no flaws in workmanship. It has straight, strong stitching with no loose threads. My photographer shot from an angle that makes my pouch look prominent - but that actually isn't the case in the mirror. The waistband lays flat against the skin, isn't too confining and looks and feels comfortable while having a touch of tummy control. The color matches the description. I find the matt finish of the fabric to be perfect, no shine at all, and the matt finish just makes the whole look like a more expensive casual pant. The look is quality. The front pockets are square and deep. No problem dropping a phone in your pocket but the outline will be seen.I personally find the overall look to be a little too casual for office attire, but I guess that depends on your work environment. The faux back pockets are for styling only and they could have made them real, but, oh well. The faux zipper does help the pants to appear less like a jogger pant but, honestly, I could have done without. At the time of reviewing the price is set at about 40.00 (with a coupon 36.00) And I can say that is probably a good price for the value. For me the value is in the material, the warmth and softness of it, and also the quality of workmanship.

Thick, stretchy, and comfy

This is a review of G4Free EverGoing Fleece Lined Ankle Pants Women Mock Fly Wide Leg Trouser | Thermal fabric, Side Pockets, Elastic Waist, for Casual, Dressy Work. These pants are really nice, basic winter pants but with a bit of a twist: they are in a simple, wider-leg cut so they look dressier than normal, but they are so stretchy they feel like sweatpants. The fleece lining feels bonded to the outer pant. They fit true to size (I got these a size larger than I normally wear to accommodate for my extra personal winter bulk, haha) and are a good length for petite people with shorter-than-average legs. I'm happy to have these in my winter wardrobe.

Great for short ladies

These are great pants. The fit is as expected. They have a very comfortable elastic waistband. They have nice deep front pockets, the back pockets are just fake slits. They do fit me length wise, which is hard to find, being 5’2”. They are lined, so will definitely be warm in cold weather. Well made and look great in person.

Cool mom
This is a nice version of sweatpants

This is a nice version of sweatpants. I like how soft the fabric feels against the skin. It is made of a soft and stretchy fabric, well made with nice stitching. I like that it has two deep pockets in front. The two slits in the back are just for looks and not real pockets; same with the zipper looking front, there is no zipper, it is just a faux fly. The length is perfect for someone 5 ft tall. It is true to size, I ordered the medium and it fits just fine. The reason for taking off one star is the price; this item is a little pricey for what it is. Maybe not the best value for your money. Overall, I’m satisfied with this sweats.

Comfy

These pants are incredibly comfortable and perfect for cooler days. The fleece lining adds just the right amount of warmth without making them feel bulky and the wide leg style gives them a polished look that’s easy to dress up or down. The material feels soft thick and well made while the elastic waistband makes them comfortable enough to wear all day. I also appreciate the side pockets they’re actually useful without adding bulk.

Perfect lightweight warmth!

These fleece-lined pants have become a go-to for me. The length was spot-on, which can be hard to find — no need to hem or deal with excess fabric bunching at the ankles. What stood out most is the balance they strike: the fleece lining adds real warmth without making the pants feel bulky or stiff. They layer easily under a coat for outdoor errands but aren't so heavy that they feel out of place indoors or at a desk.Versatile enough to wear for work and then transition into casual weekend wear without missing a beat. Comfortable, warm, and true to size — highly recommend for anyone looking for cold-weather pants that don't sacrifice a clean, put-together look.

Comfortable, warm, & fits great

The G4Free EverGoing Fleece Lined Ankle Pants fit great, and are really comfortable to wear. The material is a medium thickness, lightweight, durable, super soft, and warm - has some stretch to it too. These pants are versatile as well. They'll be perfect for me when the weather cools off. I'm personally not a big fan of 7/8 length, or ankle, pants, but these are offered in different lengths, so I ordered the taller person's length, and now they are full length on me (since I'm 5'3"). Overall, I think they're very well made, well designed, and high quality. I'd definitely recommend!

Mostly good, not great for tall gals

I have several pairs of other G4Free pants that I LOVE. These are good, and do provide extra warmth, but the 7/8 length is just weird. I'm 5'7 and 115 pounds, so someone shorter might really enjoy these. At 5'7, my ankles will get cold once lower temperatures hit, and I dislike the look of socks showing under shorter inseam pants. I'll definitely still wear them, but there are not a good as G4Free's other pants (check them out if you haven't - the yoga trouser style with the slit pockets in the back are perfection).
