A: If there is a delay, we’ll email you with a revised date and give you the option to wait or receive a full refund.
CANCELLATION & REFUND

- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund.
- If we are unable to ship by the estimated date, we will notify you and offer the option to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled before shipment.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Post-Shipment:
- Non-Quality Issues: Items shipped for non-quality reasons are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Quality Issues:
- Damaged Single Item: Eligible for a full item value refund ($30) or a replacement single item.
- Total Box Damage / Complete Loss: Eligible for a full refund.
- Outer Packaging Wear: Eligible for a partial refund (10%-20%).
