I got these G4Free store women's athletic running shorts in large and they fit well. They are high waisted with pockets and drawstring. I am going to use them as casual shorts, but they could be used for yoga and working out because they are that type of material. The large was the correct size for me based on the waist measurement and I would say these fit true to size. I got the dark burgundy which is more of a dark rose like the pictures and is very nice. This might be my new favorite pair of shorts. I can't wait to order some other colors. They feel like very soft and are quite breathable. They have just enough stretch to keep you comfortable. The pockets are extra deep, which is nice, I have no problem getting my phone in and out of my pocket.I laundered as directed and had no problems with any shrinkage or over wrinkling.These would make a great pair of travel shorts also. They feel like workout shorts, but look nice enough to wear on an every day outing.They are a good value and a nicely made product.

I didn't realize when I ordered these that they are spandex shorts. I'm not a big fan of spandex, and I don't usually wear it, but these are really nice shorts. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. Despite the spandex, they are actually pretty comfortable. These are nice shorts and if your okay with them being spandex, I think will be very happy with them.

These shorts ae perfect for lounging in the house or for working out. They are made of very soft material that is breathable. They also are a longer length and have pockets!

The G4Free Women's Athletic Running Shorts are attractive and well-constructed. The fabric is a substantial, wrinkle-free, soft and comfortable polyester blend that drapes nicely. The pockets have enough depth to be functional. The ties are a good length but mostly decorative because the waist is already close-fitting. I like everything about these shorts except the sizing.I'm a Misses size 6, 5' 6" tall, 125 lb with a 30" waist and 37' hips. According to the G4Free size chart, my waist is in the middle of the range and my hips are small for size M. While pulling the waistband over my hips, I was afraid I would rip the stitching, but I was able to shimmy it up. Once the waistband is in place, it fits well and looks flattering, but the fit is too body-hugging in the butt area for me to feel comfortable wearing size M in public. There is plenty of room in the legs, and the 6' inseam is a good mid-thigh length for someone my height.If you are in great shape and want to accentuate your curves, the size chart may work for you. If you're not in tip-top shape or have conservative tastes, size up and allow a few extra inches so the waistband fits over your hips.Update for people who prefer a loose fit.

Really like this polyester-spandex material than my nylon-spandex ones. This size XL has a better hold on my petite mango-shaped figure that usually fits a L-XL or 14. Yet it's also stretchy to accommodate my mama curves. When I workout with these, its high-waist with drawstring keeps these shorts up than my non-drawstring workout shorts. Comfortable and washes well without shrinking. Also like the midi length of these shorts. So when I bend down, it keeps me more modest.Recommended.

These shorts are super soft and stretchy. They offer good coverage. Fit is a little tight for me, I ordered a large and am 5'3' 162 lbs. The color is like the listing and the material seems to be good quality.

I ordered the Royal Blue G4Free High-Waisted Athletic Shorts in my normal size (X-Large) after checking the size chart. I had considered sizing up, but I'm glad I didn't. These shorts fits me perfectly. The soft, stretchy fabric hugs my waist and the top up my hips in a flattering way, just like in the photos in the listing. These shorts are so comfortable that I will probably be wearing them as lounge shorts much of the time. Definitely recommended!
