Nice well-made small backpack.
I bought this for my daughter, she loved it and take it to the gym.
I have used these backpacks for a few years and they last a long time. i haven't had a single issue with them and i use them 4 days a week.
Bought this just before an international birding trip to use as a daypack to carry my water bottle, smallish bridge camera, extra batteries, snacks, etc. Loved that I didn't have to carry my large camera gear backpack everywhere. Holds a good amount and was very comfortable.
This bag is great for hiking, holds all my stuff and is lightweight.

I love a backpack that doesn't let you overpack. This is the perfect size to take a few water bottles, snacks, and a tuck a light weight coat in. Great for a day pack!
Light weight. Just what I needed.
This bag is a bit small for a full day Disney. The padding part of the strap is too short and the lower webbing end, which is narrow, rubs into the chest and would cause blisters if allowed. I only avoided by keeping thumbs under the strap pushing forward. Not a bad value for a short walk but who carries a back pack for a short walk?
For anything more than a half day, one-off venture, I would advise avoiding this one and consider the strap padding, length, and width before pulling the trigger on a backpack.
