These are really nice! Buttery soft and feel like an expensive name brand! These can be dressed up or used as fitness shorts! It has side pockets and super flattering. Even my husband commented when I tried them on how nice they looked! Very soft and comfortable fabric! I ordered an extra small. For reference I have a 24.5 inch waist

These are fantastic athletic shorts and feel like a very high quality. They are comfortable, smooth, and cut very well. I ordered the gray, and I love the color. They fit very well; they may run a tad large, like half a size, so depending on how you want them to fit, you may wish to order your standard size for a bit looser or size down for a more fitted look. They are not lined or have any underwear lining like some athletic shorts do, so that may be something to consider, but I'm okay with that. Excellent quality, good value, nice fit. I think I will order a few more colors.

These shorts have a simple, smooth silhouette. The inseam is 3" and at 5'3" and 135# the large size fit her just fine and we thought the length was good. There are 2 slash pockets. The fabric is 81% polyester, 19% spandex so they move well for sports activities. The waistband is a bit odd it is a 1" piece of elastic rolled down and tacked at the seams. This gives it a little bit of a bulky look where it is attached. Unless you are planning to wear a cropped shirt or to tuck in a shirt this design isn't an issue. There is no built-in liner.

The G4Free Athletic Shorts look great out of the package. They're comfy and breathable, but they're way too short. They don't have any lining, so for certain exercises these would not provide enough coverage. My wife wore boy shorts underwear underneath to make sure there wasn't a wardrobe malfunction while in the gym, but she shouldn't have to do that. Without coverage underneath, there's no way she would be able to do yoga in them without revealing too much. At best, they're wearable in casual non-athletic settings like around the house or for quick errands and maybe light walking.

They do have a nice stretch waistband and deep pockets, and the material feels like decent quality, but my wife is not confident wearing them as they ride up and distract her from her workout. True to size, Large fits my size 12-14 wife just fine. If the hem was a few inches longer, these shorts would have been an absolute winner. Unfortunately, these are too short and limiting to be reliable sportswear.

The shorts are well constructed with a lay flat waistband, addition back seams to shape the shorts, super well done pockets that are sewn together in the middle and top so they don't bunch up at all and even have a mesh fabric on the opposing side, making them actually invisible from the outside. The seams are all extremely well finished and they even have bar tacks on the pockets for reinforcement. These are going to be my new go-to travel shorts. Easy to dress up or down, hard to wrinkle, and don't take up much space.

For sizing I've seen some people say they run small and others large which is confusing. My take is if you want them fitted, go down if between sizes. If you want them roomier, go up. The measurements are a useful judge, bur don't go by the US numerical sizes; those are off.

I really like these shorts! The material is nice and breathable and they are the perfect length. I do feel like they run kind of large. As you can see they are kind of big on me and I got the medium. Medium usually is my size. I am still going to use them for lounging and running. They are very comfy!

These are really great quality, just a bit awkward for my personal tastes. I am normally a medium, and I sized up to a large based on both the size charts and Amazon's recommendation. They do fit, and I could see a medium probably being too tight on me because I don't have the smallest waist, but these are just slightly big in that kind of frumpy way now. The neither-here-nor-there length is also adding to that feeling. They feel like they might work better on a more mature woman. The length is like bike shorts on me but not as skin-tight since they're more substantial shorts, I just don't know if it's as flattering, and I'm not sure I'd grab them first for the hiking and summer activities I planned them for. But I really do like this brand and know that their stuff holds up extremely well and is top quality, so I will figure out a way to style them

I especially like the length �� short but not too short �� and the addition of pockets is a nice, practical touch.

That said, I did find the waistband to be a little tighter than expected. I think it��s partly due to the design, specifically the rise and the wide internal elastic band. I really wanted to love these shorts. I like the more tailored style vs. regular athletic shorts. I thought they'd be perfect on the golf course while still being comfortable. However, I followed the size chart, and I find that they run WAY small. They're so tight in the waist that they are absolutely not flattering at all. I would definitely size up.

These are super comfy, they stretch with your body, very easy to wash, the pockets are a decent size, love the color and absolutely love wearing these especially now that spring weather is here. Highly recommend.

These shorts are comfortable and made with a soft silky material. I really like how they feel on, but the top elastic band is not attached all the way around the waist - just tacked down in a few places. For this reason, it rolls up occasionally. I don't like this feature. I with they would have sewn the waist band down all the way around the waist. I may just tack it down myself in a few more places. I would recommend these shorts - just beware of the waist band.

I wear a large and ordered a large and found these shorts too tight in the waist. I couldn��t have bought a bigger size as they wouldn��t fit anywhere else. They are a nice short, the style and length is great just disappointed that they are not comfortable to wear.

These lounge shorts are excellent and perfect to just wear around the house or out casually to the store. I love that they have the smoothing waistband as well as just an overall smooth fit. They wash well in the machine and the side pockets will hold your phone or other larger items sized up to a large just to have a slightly oversized fit and I think that. They look great. These are very stretchy and very flattering.

Yes! I think these are my new go to shorts! They are so comfortable. They have amazing stretch. The khaki I can wear as normal shorts not necessarily sports shorts. They look great with an everyday shirt or top. You can possibly size down if you like the stretch look in shorts or buy your regular size if you like them a tad looser - you have the option with these shorts. They are soft and still look great. They don't look frumpy. They have great lines to them. Really nice overall.

Love these! I find them to be usual G4Free quality which in my opinion rivals Athleta. I usually only wear Athleta but now own quite a few G4Free items. I followed the size chart and ordered a large and they fit perfectly. I think I could have sized up for a baggier fit but I like the way the large skinny perfectly with just a little room in the legs, pretty much just how they are pictured. These will be perfect on hot days where I have to sit at a sporting event and don��t want to look like a slob but also don��t need to be dressed up,

These are comfy but not as cute on me as the model. I��m 8 months post partum and still have some baby weight so I sized up to a large. They��re comfy but just not flattering. They have some good stretch to them which is nice. They will be good shirts for plying outside with the kiddos or running errands when you want to be comfortable.

These shorts are comfortable and flattering. The flat front and high waist smooths out the tummy area so there is no muffin top. They are a good length, long enough to cover everything comfortably but not frumpy. I like the soft, stretchy fabric, it has a cool feel to it and is a medium thickness. The pockets are big enough to carry my iPhone and a few other necessities which I appreciate.

Such comfy shorts. Can't wait to wear on vacation. My butt definitely fills them out, so be mindful ladies if you have a curvy back end they might be quite snug on you and show some panty lines.

I LOVE these shorts!! They fit exactly like in the photos, and the grey-sage color was accurate too. The material feels very smooth and nice on, with a nice drape that makes the shorts look more expensive than they were. The waistband is smooth and looks and feels great on, and the lack of "scrunchiness" that a typical elastic waistband would have allows these shorts to be dressed up or down.

I'm 5'6", with a 30-inch waist, 41-inch hips, and weigh 165 lbs. I got the Large based on the size chart in the listing, but the L is loose and a M would have been better. So if you're on the cusp of a size in the chart, go with the smaller size. I didn't see any benefit to the "shaping curved seams" (possibly due to buying a size too large), but the design lines were attractive and made the shorts look a bit more elegant.
