Athletic Down The Line Tennis Skirt

So cute and comfortable! The material does seem to hold in the wrinkles. It is made bigger than I hoped, so it was a little big for me, but nothing that made it incapable to wear.

So! I took one for the team. When I got this cute skirt for pickleball, the fit was great. I always size way up in athletic gear as I hate a tight and super clingy fit. I'm 5'7' and average build and the xl is great. When it came time to wash the skirt, I read the tag for care directions. Ohhhh, nope. This is hand wash only. Shoot. I looked back at the information page and didn't find anything about hand washing or I wouldn't have gotten it. I play 3 to 4 times a week and draw the line at fussy care. I just don't have time for that. Sooo' I threw it in the wash on cold and crossed my fingers. I feel like it came out fine? Maybe a tiny bit wrinkly right outta the machine? I do drip dry all my sportswear, so that's what you see here. Take it for what it's worth, but I feel like I got away with a light machine wash.

Nice and stretchy. Fits well and feels great. Shorts underneath make these perfect for sports, cleaning, and I may even use them as swim bottoms. The pockets are a huge bonus!

I'm not the biggest fan of the material of this skirt. It makes a swish swish sound as I walk and move. It's very light so even a light breeze with send it flying up. The pocket is nice and fits my phone. It's well sewed with no strings hanging off or gaps in the seems. The size is true to size for me. Overall it's not a bad skirt, I'm just really picky.

Fit nice and feels comfortable. The material is pretty thick. I like the hidden pocket to put away my iphone. Pretty good deal.

I am absolutely in love with this tennis skirt. While I don't play the sport, tennis skirts are a staple of my spring and summer wardrobe, and this one is exceptional. It runs true to size, and flatters my curvier than usual body. I am 5 foot three and weigh 145 pounds. This is the most I've ever weighed, and while I've been on my weight-loss journey,, finding clothes has been extremely challenging. I'm lucky to have an hourglass shape and the added weight is distributed evenly, but I'm still very sad-conscious. The skirt falls under my bum without being too short, and looks great with the A-line cut. The material is very comfortable, and breathes well. It can be dressed up or down, worn to the court or out to dinner, and is the quintessential summer skirt. The price point is perfect, and it's well-made and will last many seasons if it's taken care of properly. It's hand wash only which seems to put people off, but half my wardrobe is hand washed so it is not a deterrent for me.This is my new go to skirt, and I highly recommend it..

I love this skirt ! It is so fashionable and fits great. I am 30 and a mom, so don't want to be walking around too exposed but don't want to look like an old lady either. This skirt makes me feel like I'm still in my prime! Very flattering, the shorts underneath have good coverage and the material is super comfortable. I do not play tennis , I just wear it as an everyday skirt with a shirt tucked in and it makes for a great outfit

I think this would work very well for a tennis skirt. I actually bought it as a normal black skirt because I like to wear athletic skirts/skorts as casual attire. The waist isn't quite high enough and the fabric wrinkles a bit. The flare isn't very dramatic so it just kind of hangs there. The one normal pocket is too small for my phone and the other pocket is for tennis balls so it's upside down.

This G4Free Tennis Skirt is perfect for playing pickle ball or tennis as well as just wearing it around town. It's very comfortable and well made. It's priced right, too. It has a phone pocket and a ball pocket on the shorts underneath. I have to be careful and make sure I hike up the shorts underneath so they don't show. That's my only negative on this skirt.

I'm going to compare this G4Free brand athletic skirt vs. another tennis skirt (Nafgar brand) that I got recently. I tried both out exercising in the hot sun. This G4Free tennis skirt, priced at $29.99 at time of order costs more than I'm normally willing to pay for a tennis skirt, BUT, it's SO comfortable, and I felt so much cooler exercising in this than the Nafgar brand skirt I recently got, that was almost half the price, $14.99. I do feel the heat bothers me more than at least some other people though. I like the pockets on this G4Free skirt; one is upside down to fit a tennis or pickleball; the Nafgar athletic skirt had NO pockets, ugh. This G4Free skirt is plain back, slightly flared, not as form-fitting as the Nafgar skirt, but I felt significantly cooler running around on the court with G4Free. As far as sizing, the G4Free XS fit fine, and could stretch more if my waist gets bigger; the hip area also has more room for me if I gain weight. I'm 4'11" tall, 105 pounds, 24.5 inch waist, 34.5 inch hip, size XS in shorts, size S in leggings, size 2 in pants. It's a thin material but appears well made and good quality (however, I don't have any background in sewing or fashion design or anything). I wish it were a little shorter, it looks longer on me than the product picture on the model, but everything runs long on me since I'm short. This skirt might not be for you if you like form-fitting athletic wear. There is no zipper on this skirt, (none on the Nafgar one, too), which I prefer. It's flattering. I feel it's versatile; because it's longer on me, I feel like I'd be able to get away with wearing it for leisure wear. I hope this review was at least of some help to you!

This fit really well. I am 5'9 and approx. 140 lbs. I ordered a large based on desired fit. I want to ensure it was roomier. I could have ordered medium as well and it would have also been equally great; fitting exactly according to size chart. I was so pleased with the quality of this brand, I subsequently ordered, "G4Free Women Shorts Dressy Casual 2025 Trendy Summer High Waisted Tailored Trouser Shorts with Pockets," in black. I again ordered in large. Also, I have recently placed an order for the navy shorts in medium to see the difference. I feel the G4 brand has great fit and is accurate in size. The quality of their product makes paying a few dollars more worth it. Not to mention, not having the frustration and disappointment of receiving products that are completely of base in sizing. #returns :( the comfort and versatility of these products is fantastic. I wear more for everyday due to flattering design. Highly recommend the brand

This tennis skirt is comfortable and moves well during activity. The elastic waistband offers a secure fit without feeling too tight. It has built-in shorts and convenient pockets, which are nice for holding small items. A practical and easy-to-wear option for both workouts and casual wear.

Extremely flattering fit with no visible waistband making these flow nicely and move well. The skirt is fairly thin, but not see-through and the shorts have an interior grey gusset which I really appreciate and help add some security without actually being visible from the outside. The ball and regular pocket are also great. This does fit just slightly large in case you are between sizes. The only negative is that I found this wrinkled quite easily, even after I steamed it. Still going to get good use out of this, but that's the one thing I'll have to be careful about.

Very comfortable. The material thickness is great, no underwear lines. The undershorts are comfortable, there is no elastic on the legs which is great. The skirt I would not say is shape flattering but is good at camouflage. It was very comfortable for a day out on the courts followed by stuffing ourselves with lunch. I kept my phone in the pocket all day no problem, and the pickleball fits just fine in the ball pocket. I used a kids tennis ball in the photos. I sized up to a large, and the interior sticker said 12/14 and I freaked! But it's probably more like an 8/10. Still loose on my stomach but comfortably so.

Recommended size M to me based on other purchases, and I agree with their recommendation for me. The waistband fits comfortably, and the undershorts are not too tight on my legs. That said, I don't have the most toned tummy, so if your waist-hip ratio is smaller than average, you may want to size down. The skirt is described as pleated, which is true, but they are not severe, obvious pleats like a cheerleader skirt. They are more like little gathers that make the skirt flare out slightly. I like that the undershorts have pockets. Note that, as pictured, one of the pockets is upside-down on purpose. I don't play tennis, so I'm not sure what I will use this pocket for, and the extra material needed for that pocket to accommodate a tennis ball does make that side of the skirt puff out ever so slightly. I also noticed that, unless I position the shorts exactly right, they can poke out from the bottom of the skirt. The material is a nice weight - not too thin and flimsy, but not so thick that it will be hot to wear this spring/summer. It will dry quickly, and because I bought black, it won't show sweat. Overall, I'm happy to have this skirt and look forward to wearing something cuter than just shorts or leggings for my outdoor activities this summer!

Nicely made skirt that fits right too

Nice tennis skirt. I have a 28in waist and 38in hips, that placed me in size S on the seller's chart, so that's what I got. It's a snug fit, in a good way, the shorts are long enough to hide any cheek peek, skirt covers more than most workout clothes. It's decently cool. Extremely comfortable to work out and bike in. I love the phone pocket, my phone did not fall out even when I tried to make it by jumping up and down.I don't know if this is common for tennis skirts but I'm disappointed that the care tag says "Hand wash only", I don't see that anywhere in the description. I only noticed after I'd already put it through the washing machine once and it got a couple of snags.

Looks like described and picture, true to size. I actually ordered size up for better comfort and it's slightly too big.

I love this skirt! It fit me very well. I'm a size 18 and got the XXL, which says it's a 16 but it's stretchy so it fit great. Was just high waisted enough. The shorts underneath the skirt are comfy. Of course the skirt is a little higher in the back like most skirts, but I guess that's just my body shape, can't help that. I can't wait to wear this to the theme park and all the races this summer!
